I got my mother operated here in affiliation with Pristyn care. I can't regret enough having her operated here. Staff is just bad as if illiterates are dressed and released in the hospital to terrorize patients. My mother was suffering in emergency and Mr. Bhanu Singh who was on night shift shouted at her multiple times throughout the very night she was operated and was having immense pain at the point where Anesthesia injection was given. The ground staff is so bad that they don't even bother to check if the glucose bottle is filled or not. My mother had to plead them to change the bottles as blood was pouring in the tube. They were persistent to keep her for another day to raise the medical bill and when I requested discharge they become unwilling to help in any way. Nurse pulled the drain pipe so hard that my mother was crying due to pain. They removed the drip in such a bad manner that even after 2 days the swelling in her hand is not reducing. The only lesson I've learnt is to always go for better hospitals and not worry about the additional 5-10k.

I had a very bad experience with the hospital. I will not at all recommend this hospital to anyone. They dont have emergency doctor available for patients during night. They say superspeciality however that's not true. For 3-4 hours stay of a patient they made bill for approx 15000+ and then they referred the patient to other hospital because they didn't have any heart specialist available and patient was in critical condition. Just want to add that Orthopedic doctor have been supportive however decisions could be more thoughtful and proactive.
