D Mart Shopping Center - Lalpark - Discount supermarket in Rajkot - Rajkot, India

Space is very less inside the mall. So traffic issues are more at the billing counter.

It's near to my home I visit there mostly.the products are really nice and fresh.

Had a very bad experience today. Manager and staff of D-Mart behaved very badly with customer. They don't know how to talk to customer. Counter staff behave rudely with customer. They have no understanding and communication skills.The manager hides the counter staff's mistake. There was no facilities to replace the product. There was no value of customer and there purchase order. Also train your staff to help and refill stuff when it is not crowded. They also need to train them to hand over change money not to go through it on counter. No proper billing management, every time waste of time 10 to 15 minutes. very bad service.........

All items are available in d mart huge showroom better experience in d mart

A Shopping mall is a complex like a big bazaar having shops, restaurants, ATM, banks, escalators and other allied services as well as facilities needed to a person. There one finds regulated selling facilities. They also provide emergency outlets in case of any mishaps. The mall is rather a kind of while away the valuable time. At the entrance, there is a layout plan that details the locations and was about the shops. There is an office of the security guard to watch and vigil the activities of the help in avoiding the crowd. A separate staircase is also built for the convenience of the passengers. The customer has to visit to collect his item, make the payment and return. It is rather the best concept of saving from unnecessary hurdles. We can easily purchase items of our choice.

Wide variety of goods available at rates lower than reliance mart. Most of the items are of chinese origin hence not the best quality. But worth a visit as many food items available here are not available at reliance mart.

Very nice shopping mall and huge discount of all products
