Worst experience they are looting customers.Bowbazar branch staffs behavious is horrible specialy Mr snehasish behaviour.I will not suggest to buy jwellery from this shop...

They are dacoits in simple word.Most horrible jewellery shops you will ever get.They are cheating customers..

I had a bitter experience after purchasing the product from the renowned Jewellery shop. You should contemplated against the erring staff of D K Basak Jewellers ( bow bazar branch ) whose words stung like poison and I suffered intensely from the aftermath. Never in my life I received this type of abject misdemeanor in a class jewellery shop.... I hope and believe that you will precipitate sternest action under due intimation to me since I was the much aggrieved person, being the butt of ridicule and undreamt of embarrassment caused your staff Tapan or Tarun(if I spell the name correctly) . t He is little bit older than others . I urge management to take cognizance and dealing with the gross misuse of their capacity, under sternest action so that they cannot ridicule or embarrass any one in future.. His behaviour towards the buyer as Street beggars after the purchase of gold or any product from that shop.My earnest request to other customers not to interact with the same guy if you also visit the same jewellers . Same is been communicated to the authority again & again as I am visiting the shop from last 3to 4 years . But no action is been initiated. I felt disheartened as I was the victim of his rude behaviour in front of others on the festive day .

Situated in the Bipin Behari Ganguly Street, Dk basak jewellers is one of the many jewellery store that one could find in the above said street. It's located very near to the Goenka college of commerce and falls mid way in the Bipin Behari Ganguly Street. The place is accessible by car and other public transport. One could also reach there by metro. Taking the Gate no.4 of Central Metro station to exit and then walking 7-8mins on the road. Easily accessible place.

When u want to buy stuff they behave really well ...But once u will get problem with there product they behave so bad and unprofessional even they won't attend u not even showing interest ...I will never ever visit the DK basak jwellers and I m requesting guys do not visit there ...seriously not at all helpful ...very very bad

Good jewellery dealer. Very cordial towards customers and also very trustworthy.

Its ordinary ornamental showroom. Located in Bowbazar beside B B Ganguli St.

The people are good and the collection is really good
