They will call you at 10.30 in the night to confirm your room number whilst you are fast asleep. No spoons, cups, or glasses for drinking water in the room. If you are checking out in the morning please have patience coz at 9 am in the the office is closed
Pathetic the first word thar came to my mind after my 2 days of stay. It turned our to be my worst experience ever. You come make payment and then it starts: 1. Take your own luggage to your room, yeah they won't help into that. 2. Asked for food at my room, no we can not serve it we don't care how you feel after our rude behavour. You gave to order your food and take it to your room if you wish. 3. Toilet is too dirty to get in and same about the bedsheets on the bed. 4. Don't try to go and complain at reception as you won't find anyone to assist you there. 5. They are so busy in boarding new guest that in order to get your room clean they will ask you to wait for at least and hour. 6. Area around swimming pool? Wow super clean with lods of beer bottles and cans. All the ratings which I have seen on the net looks to be only delusional as you won't find anything else but a dirty Toilet, no towels on room, messy rooms and pathetic pathetic service.
It's situated in akkalkot in Solapur, it's a nice and decent hotel, instead of rooms they have cottages with a swimming pool in front. The rooms are luxurious and the room service is good. All staff are polite and helpful.
Room is clean. Staff is also co-operative. Superb ambiance n great location.

Absolutely terrible service! Reception was rude! She took my card to swipe but did not return. She had my card but never called me to colelct it. No reception after 7 PM. Asked for water...they delivered it after 1 hour - that too warm in scortching heat! AC was not working. Power outage all the time...no back up generator. Staff is very laze... specially the one working during day time! Night time staff was OK.
One of the best resort in akkalkot. Great service. Staff's are also so good. Amol & Suraj thank for your hospitality.
