Although it was my Day 1, it was an AMAZING experience. Everyone is very friendly & flexible. it genuinely feels like working out around friends. The gym is neat & clean with a wide variety of equipments. My coach Mohit is very knowledgeable & experienced. He actually made efforts to understand my lifestyle, fitness history & goals in detail so that he can accordingly plan my workout journey! I have seen trainers rush & force workouts in other gyms but Mohit had a lot of patience & modified workouts according to my comfort levels as i'm recovering from an ankle injury. I'm 100% sure now that he will make me reach my goals within few months.

I was searching for a good gym in this area for the past one month. Fortunately,this new gym with all modern equipments was opened on the eve of ayudh pooja. I joined immediately after seeing the gym and talking to coach Deepu sir. The coach is very friendly and trains everyone with personal attention and gym is also hygienic. Working professionals looking for a decent place to workout and maintain fitness in this area ,this is the one.

This gym is amazing. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly coach and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at. I personally recommend coach Manohar as personal trainer for all as I m very satisfied with his training plans and results.
