I appreciate girls working here, they are very cute and smart. Captain Anand is very experienced and heart of the restaurant. Atmosphere is good, except lot of liquor drinkers smoke non stop and you end up in passive smoking. Only sigarate smoke and no air, that too on terrace bar. I think hotel is interested in entertaining only drinkers. Now come the most important thing, food. Which is very very worst quality. I went 3 times and every time ended up in hospital. Stale ingredients and lake of attention make food poisoning. Because every staff is busy entertaining drinkers who don't mind quality of food after losing their senses. Certainly not for families, even they have Seperate family rooms. They have a disco here but drinkers don't find it fancy and other people don't come to this restaurant, so it's always empty.

DO NOT go here if you are looking for a good time!!! Where do I start - they did not have any drink from the menu. Every item on the menu we asked for was not available - Old Monk was not even available! They charged me Rs60,000 for Rs6000 bill. When asked to refund, the owner said she can't do it immediately though it was from my Debit card. She said i will have to wait. I told her I don't live in the country and i was leaving the next day. She gave me her card and asked me to give her a call in the morning. Next day when i called, none of the numbers on the card worked (not surprised). I had to take last few minutes i had with my family to deal with this blunder. Went to the hotel and no one knew where she was, employees tried to call but the phone was not reachable. When we finally got hold of her, she had reasons to give (i have a personal life, etc) Said she would transfer all the money (full compensation) that was charged. After 15 mins, transferred me the owing balance and did not compensate even for a drink for amount of trouble we had to go through. When asked, she did not care about my wasted time, efforts, and stress for a mistake they made. I was told "im giving you all that you are owed, nothing else" MAJORLY! SPOKE TO AN EMPLOYEE AND I WAS TOLD THEY HAVEN'T BEEN PAID FOR 3 MONTHS!

"I recently dined at your restaurant, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. Firstly, the service was slow and the staff seemed disinterested in providing quality customer service. The food was also a major letdown - it was either overcooked or undercooked, and lacked flavor and presentation. The restaurant was also very noisy and the atmosphere was unpleasant. To top it all off, the prices were exorbitant for the poor quality of food and service. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a decent dining experience."

One of the worst restaurant i have ever went to Don't even think about going here i mean dont even look at it they are fooling customers with there coupon sceme its just a scam they just divide the quantity also the quality of the food is worst and the cashier of the restaurant has attitude like a king he things he's the owner and you'll get tired sitting there not even single stuff comes and ask you about anything WORST HOTEL

The worst service ever. Not worth spending quality time. Don't ever try or it's waste of money and time.
