I have joined here for weight loss. Gym environment and equipments are quite good. Trainer is friendly and reaches out to everyone. Trainer always Pushes me for that extra mile. My level of punctuality and discipline have improved after joining here. Last but not least Pocket friendly!!
These place is best for fitness freak. Here trainers helps each individual for their workout. They have proper knowledge - every exercise varies on each individual , so that their body can definitely surpass their limit within time. They have every must equipment for cardio, HIT, biceps, chest many more. .
Spacious gym. 2k/- per month. Compared to other gyms it is some what better for me. Simple I can worth it.
For weight loss and maintenance of body shape the best you can ask for. But need to do exactly as instructor says otherwise expect just any other gym would do
It's new , fresh and one can relive their peace time at this place, it has lot of free space compared to other conventional gyms which are filled with equipment..I enjoy my excercise here.
