Have done multiple bookings here mostly corporate. And each time the services has always been good. If any issues the staffs are very approachable. And Dhananjay the Operations Manager is very accommodating and will make sure each needs are met with professionalsim

Reason for giving 3 stars! 1. The room is too small for the price. 2. AC was not working. Had to change the room mid night 3. Room is cramped. Too small to accommodate 2 people with luggage. 4. There is construction at the adjacent of this hotel. Unnecessary Noise Good thing 1. The location of the hotel makes it convenient. 2. Discount for in-house guests at bars. 3. The city centre mall is walking away Verdict: For guests looking for room within 3.5k and came for work.

Room ac is doing extremely high noice, after informing multiple time nothing happens. TV recharge done after 2 days multiple remainders . Breakfast quality need to improve. Room service food price is also in higher side

What I have come across, D Courtyard is best for me and my family. Calm, cool and very good hotel . Room rents are comfortable and breakfast is included. Taste is ok . What I would share here is that the moment we reach this hotel,I feel like I have reach my home . From the main gate there are security guards, greeting their customers ,the receptionists and all staffs of the hotel are well behave , decipline and honest. The Management credit goes to the Manager who manage it well .keep it up' D ' Courtyard .wish the best ahead.

Rooms were smelly. Flush not working. Service also not up to the mark. Not maintained properly

Very small rooms. Stinking with a bad smell from the washroom. The service team was quick to clean the washroom, but it didn't help much. Continuous power cuts, no emergency light inside the room. I requested the staff at the reception to change the room but they didn't allowed. Cost is low. Around 2500/- grand for one night with breakfast. Food tastes bad. Overall experience was Very bad. Only good thing is service. Avoid this hotel, if possible.

During their promotional campaign, we purchased several advance payment coupons for room bookings and food services, valid for a year. However, over the last 6-8 months, we have faced nothing but disappointment when trying to redeem these coupons. Every time we attempted to book a room, we were told that there were no rooms available, regardless of the date we requested. The excuses ranged from "not today" to "not tomorrow" and so on, which seemed odd, to say the least. What is most shocking is that one of my friends, on the same day and at the same hotel, was able to book the same room we were denied. How is it possible that rooms are available for cash payments but not when using the prepaid coupons we purchased? This situation leads us to suspect that something is amiss at D'Courtyard. It appears that they have taken our advance payments but have no intention of providing the services promised. This is unacceptable and feels like a clear case of cheating and misappropriation of our hard-earned money. As a group, we had high hopes for D'Courtyard and looked forward to enjoying their services. Unfortunately, this experience has shattered our trust in the establishment, and we are now considering legal actions to seek justice for our mistreatment. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with D'Courtyard. Until they address these allegations and demonstrate transparency and fairness, I cannot recommend their services to anyone. Let this review serve as a warning to fellow customers who may consider dealing with D'Courtyard. We deserve to be treated honestly and with respect, and it's disheartening to see a business engage in such practices.
