I went to D&D for the first time for a pedicure and manicure recently, together with my friend. We had an amazing experience there with the service and their facilities. The staff were super friendly and honestly recommended the most effective treatments based on our skin types.
I had a hair botox treatment there recently. When I asked the staff what brand they are using, they said it is MK. The staff brought it in a bowl. But they never took the product in front of me. When I requested them to show me the product, it took a half an hour for the staff to c ome back with product.Though they showed me nearly an empty bottle of MK, I doubt they used the branded product. If they are genuine, they should be using the product in front of the customer. We are paying such a big amount for the treatment.
I am facing serious hair fall and my hair looks very bad even after the first wash itself. (I used the recommended hair wash product).Never expected such a poor service from them. Even if I could use no star to rate the experience, I would be using that option. Even they don't deserve single star from my experience.
I wouldn't recommend it for anybody. I am sure they used a cheap product on my hair.. No one should face such a bad experience, hence sharing this now.

Very courteous staff, especially Ms. Tini who did an amazing facial and a painless threading. They also give price breakup beforehand. Nice. Must visit.
