Visiting Cygnus was a good decision. I got my friend's operation done here for stomach ulcer. He had no medical insurance and we were looking for an affordable yet good treatment. We consulted 4 hospitals, all of them focused on repeating the test. Then we visited CYGNUS HOSPITAL and got treatment from here. I am sharing my experience here- Staff - When I came, I met Mr Ravi here. He coordinated and provided administrative guidance and help. He is really a nice and helpful. He did not make any fake statements. The other staff members are equally helpful and humble. Doctors- I met Dr Varun, the surgeon. He checked all the reports and he also concluded that a surgery has to be done but here to my surprise Dr Varun said since we have all the reports done twice already, so no extra tests are necessary. Dr. Rajeshwar was another doctor who explained all the conditions and how operation will be executed. At the time of discharge, Dr Srivenu, the CEO examined all the report and prescribed medicines. Minimal, required medicines were prescribed. Infrastructure- It is not too big but is very clean and well coordinated. It has OT, ICU, and other facilities. Canteen was disappointing as it is in the basement and has that bad smell.

The experience is quite unique here. The doctors are amazing and good response from. Dr. Naveen, Dr.Varun, Dr.Rajeshwar. My mother came here for Hernia Surgery and it went good. ALHUMDOLILLAH. If you are planning to opt for single room always ask for ventilation rooms.

Doctor Sri Venu sir is very kind and compassionate. He is friendly and listens to the problems patiently and provides the much needed mental strength. I surely recommend him.

This is the worst hospital, they don't find the root cause of your problem, they just treat your symptoms, I have consulted them 3 times with no progess from their medication, still they don't realise that there some other problem with me, they just asked to follow the same tablet, my consultation doctor is Dr. Vijay Kumar MD DM
