The room was good, although not greatly maintained, pathetic breakfast - buffet not available only a selected few items at this price it's not justified. Amenities provided although not the best of all. The staff is good, the front office is always active. In room dining menu is decent.
This summer (2023), we (my wife, little kid and myself) ventured a long drive via car (Delhi to Guwahati and return) At time of return, we had done booking with Cygnett. Right from the time of booking till Hotel check in - staff had ensured our check in is flawless. My kid is hypersensitive, and I did not had to worry at all as the hotel ensured absolute cleanliness and Hygiene. I particularly liked and would like to thank, Housekeeping - Riaz Hussian who after checking in also came personally to check if everything is upto expectations. Our stay was made comfortable and Abhinaba ensured proper follow-ups at every step to ensure that our stay is enjoyable. You really stood by all your commitments. Abhinaba Saha- A big thanks to you I have never seen any Hotel staff do so many follow ups to ensure a comfortable stay. Normally staff do follow up till check in and that is all. Visitors have to adjust to hotel amenities after check in. But this Hotel- they amazed me with their services. The Hotel's dining (restaurant) is one of the best with food quality and quantity as excellent. The ambience is worth to enjoy. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel as not only the price is modest but the amenities are worth the standards. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only reason for the lower rating is the food. The quality of breakfast could be improved. If the chef cannot cook South Indian food, it could probably be taken off from the menu.
We stayed here yesterday. Ambience is good and clean. Food acceptable and they served Jain meal for us on demand. Reception is prompt and service is neat. But slight overpriced. Not value for money. So overall nice stay.
