I have stayed at many of hotels from budget to premium...This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. GM Kalyan whom I know from decades sets a great example for the staff to strive for excellence to provide enjoyable stays at the Cygnett Park Meghna-Bongaigaon .I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the service and care I received always when I visit. Excellent property and very convenient for official works for Bongaigaon-Kokrajhar even Barpeta Road. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic view from hotel window. Amazing restraunt, great ambience, delicious Buffet Breakfast offers everything you need. Good functional Gym & Swimming pool for fitness enthusiasts.(Gym Instructor Indra is an excellent trainer. In addition to helping me accomplish my training in my weight season he is very good at stretching season too and is exceptionally good and knowledgeable.) Overall, I had a great experience with the Hotel Signet Bongaigaon ,staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect for business and family trip. My special thanks to Kalyan ,Indra,Satyajit who always makes me feel at home and make my stay super comfy I will rate this hotel 5 star and even better's than many 5 star hotels in North East. I highly recommend Cygnett Park Meghna-Bongaigaon.
Around 6 km far from railway station but very easy to reach as auto and e-riksha Or taxi are available at very cheap cost. The hotel is not very costly around rs. 3500 per day with taxes but service area costly like tea coffee etc.
Good four star hotel, slightly overpriced for the location. The restaurant has good variety of dishes and the taste is quite good. Rooms are spacious and we'll designed. Unlimited hot water is a great plus since they don't have a sauna or steam bath. Sound insulation on the windows is quite good, considering the hotel is on the main road, we did not get disturbed by the sounds of traffic - good job! If you want a non smoking room and don't like the smell of smoke in your room - ask for a room on the lower floors, since top floor has smoking rooms, so the floor below top might have cigarette smell. We requested to change the room and they obliged. Overall a good place to stay, but not the best value for money.
Good property, highly recommended Value for money. One of the finest property in Bongigaon. Food quality -5l4/5 Service -4/5 Hygiene -5/5 Value for money -4/5 The last day breakfast was not good as some. Interns were preparing hence too oily.
