I hung out at this place for lunch and a few drinks with a couple of my friends. The bar and the restaurant are separated by a wall and have separate entrance gates. It wasn't crowded on that particular occasion. The food was good, the ambiance was peaceful and comforting, the service was prompt.

A good place for family dinner, or even meetings or official dinner in Alwar. The food is good and service is also good. Staff is polite and kind.

It was my business trip & My experience was not good. I observed below points- 1. Housekeeping services was not proper maintained. 2. WiFi service is only available in room, not available in restaurant area, also not work properly in night time. 3. Room amenities was not maintained or I can say, not in good condition like hot cattle was broken (pic attached), bathroom tap was broken (pic attached), Dustbin was broken (pic attached), bathroom towel (pic attached). 4. Food quality was also not upto the mark. Breakfast was complementary but there were only some few options were there to take. 5. Seepage problem noticed (pic attached) 6. Room rent is also very high as compared to the service.

Room was okay, 1. there was no access to my room without master key, 2.There was no proper wifi. 3.There was no hot water supply. 4.There was no breakfast for 3 days And when asked they didn't even respond properly............

Nice room size good room service location is correct to luxury hotel

A great place to spend your day with family and friends. Ambiance was nice. The main thing that is food which is too yummy and delicious and mouthwatering. Staff was very polite and helpful. The best part of this place is, it's neat and clean. Also the environment is peaceful. Overall I loved this place and enjoyed my time there. Went to attend a wedding party and the place is obviously much overrated. Small AC hall without AC, food catering was pathetic. Even food taste was bad. In Almost every dish, either there was no salt at all Or too much salt. Decor is very normal. Above all the service staff was rude. There were no seperate counters for veg nd nonveg. Probably staff doesn't know how to properly organize a party.

Lifetime worst experience never forget the careless, unhygienic, poor amenities, no breakfast available even after prepaid stay at this property. strongly recommend not to visit beware of your health, hygiene and safety. stay alert to raise the guest voice. check the evidence of no breakfast available at 8.15 am, and the chef was not available nor any staff to serve and prepare food. No sanitation done nor any protocol used during operating restaurant. what more I can write. rest I submit my experience.
