So i called them for a wifi connection 6-7 times....they keep on telling that they will come the next day first hour but they wont....basically they r not even interested to spread their network
Awesome service. I never expected like just I call to service number and they directly came and done the installation within 30 minutes. Really appreciate these people. Other networks suffered me lots. I would give 5 Star rating to installation and service.
I have been using this internet connection since 02 years. The internet team working very well and responding and rectifying the errors with in short span of time. The best thing is their service and interaction, lesioning, understanding is very good. Hence I have compostable with this service, as such I rated as 5 star ranking.
Installation time taken 2days but they people said their is no feasibility. So they laying new cable for me to my area. Now I got connection working fine. I appreciate and thanks to cyber net for laying new fiber for me.
