Management very bad specially one name ammen Rashid he make business. Dataflow team come verify candidate experience they work there or not.
Poor professional service and "purposeful delays" especially in discharge cases. Bystander needs to run after one on one people to get release the bills and insurance clearance.
VERY BAD OPENION....!! As far as I know, the management doesn't have experience in this sector and they have spoiled the name of Hospital in the initial stage itself. The hospital is running with the capital contributed by shares from Public by promising so many benefits and advantages. Once you deposited your money into shares, they will not even answer your call and trying to run away from the promised benefits. Now all the share holders are panic on the return of money. Majority of staffs are unexperienced including doctors. The only qualification to get a job is to take a share.
CANDIDATE BE ALERT Very bad experience, no professionalism. Treated very badly. They will not hire professionals, anybody can grab a prominent place in the hospital irrespective of qualification and experience. But one condition, the candidate should have the capacity to buy CVR shares.
I had never experienced this kind of services from any hospital.... Patients are waiting in floors and doctors and other staffs are celebrating onam in first floor.. With horrible voice and applause.... Are you guys are commited to care or celebrate..??I don't understand...!! what discipline your hospital have? Its your duty to have a minimum disciplinary behavior from an hospital...And one more thing.... In the patients times.... Staffs and others were busy in taking selfies...
