Someone took my mobile from the filing counter 1st floor while submitting an application for refund. CCTV installed but not working hence unable to trace lost mobile.
CMC has not updated that this office is not for birth and death registration. Its in Bikash Bhavan which is congested, brokers are just getting on nerves sitting outside. Most importantly, they have just written on the wall (no formal notices), with regards to "collection" of forms relating to birth and death registration, the timing is 10am to 1pm. Even if one goes for "correction", all counters are closed. No one is there to help regarding any queries. Is there any notice regarding such timing ? Also the three contact numbers provided in the website are not being answered even after number of attempts.
New office, I think it normally open between 10am to 11am for Birth and death registration.

Got aadhaar card submission done at this place. It's a small room and has 2 counters inside. Was smooth and they did for free. They could arrange for some seats, as all applicants, young and old had to stand. I went around 11, and there was no rush.
A slow growing division, hope it improves soon . Many people are dependent on it so officials need to be more sensitive towards the issues.
Because now it is functioning at Vikash Bhawan, near Badambadi Bus Stand (Approx. 500 mtrs.). It is very easy to reach at Vikash Bhawan who are coming from different district. Communication facilities are available to reach at SCB Medical College & Hospital & other Nursing Home within city.
They are not open in time for birth/death registration section. Not even me, everyone suffer in queue. It's mention 10-2 o clock but now 10:15am. Not open now.. ... Kaise sudhrega ,n kab sudhrega.i request to dy.director (VS) Odisha for this inconvenience to take necessary action for municipality staff.
