Today on 25th I have joined event done by Cuts &Curve on Yoga International Day..Really it was very impressive..Instruction given by Jayanti Ma'am & her followers was very awesome..it was very beneficial..

I find it very interesting they have there different type of patterns for workout which is very cool. This Verity of workouts keep me excited everyday that what we're going to do today

1. This is the go to place if gyms aren't your thing. 2. I personally find the variety of workout patterns very interesting, super cool and it keeps me regular as I always look forward for what's new in next day's session. 3. If you are looking for something unique and to break monotony also intensity workout filled with fun workout sessions, here you go. 4. The founder/ coach/ trainer/ friend/ motivator- the boss lady ensures you sweat the hell out and come back with the same energy next day. 5. Even during the lockdown with all that is available handy at home as workout props (water bottles are your dumbbelles, any small stool are your step-ups and also used it as a weight for squats, dupattas are your sticks) we pulled it off really well. 6. At economically affordable cost :)

Cuts & curves is the best destination to burn calories as well as maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Jayanti ma'am personally takes utmost care during the workout and guides us for performing suitable exercises along with planning a suitable diet plan. The workout in the morning enables us to have a refreshing morning and helps us to conserve the energy for full day.

Cuts n Curves has the best energy , positive vibes and trainers as well. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave .
