This is the first time I went to this saloon it was nice experience service was good interior was super staff co-ordinate was nice i like this saloon those who interested pls go on this saloon

Last month 5th of June I went to this Saloon for hair cut once it is done the stylist refered me to take De tanning facial I accepted and that to very costly. When I about to pay the bill the Manager ( Rahul )and one more person I don't remember his name told me to take a membership and it cost for 100 Rs the said 10% default discount will be provided on your bills. So I enrolled myself for the membership and on that day I was charged 680 RS including the facial and cutting. Also no proper details was provided by Rahul Today Again I went to the shop for hair cutting and I informed them about the membership they are telling that is only applicable for Facial and hair spa. Not for hair cut. Iam really shocked and the manager is not customer friendly. I requested them to cancel my member ship still he was completely rude at me and When I asked about the person Ragul the told that he left the company today morning and nothing can be done at this moment. Very rude to the custome thery are not customer friendly. Pass this review to your friends and family and make them aware of the spam. Worst experience.
