As a result, her hairline has been adversely affected, and she is experiencing significant distress. Despite multiple requests to contact Dr. Apratim Goel for on this matter, we were informed that we must communicate through email because the doctor cannot speak over the phone. This dismissive attitude and refusal to take our concerns seriously have left us in shock. This experience has left us deeply dissatisfied and raises concerns about your clinic's commitment to patient care. We expect a prompt resolution to this issue. Secondly-- I had no other choice but to keep coming to your clinic. My money was invested in these sessions, and I feared that if I didn't continue, you might block my sessions or make things worse due to my complaint. Your attitude was beyond rude. I admit your doctor called my sister, who happened to be in the bathroom at the time. I requested politely for a second appointment via WhatsApp, but you flatly refused. Your indifference is striking, and I'm not naive. I have no interest in intentionally defaming your clinic, but anyone in my situation would consider legal action due to your unprofessional staff. No excuses, whether post-treatment or otherwise, can justify the mistakes made during the laser hair removal.

My visit today, however, left me with some concerns. I opted for a carbon laser facial treatment, and my therapist was Pooja. The initial stages of the treatment, including the extraction and the duration of steam on my face, were well-executed, and I appreciated the meticulous approach. However, I became concerned during the laser part of the treatment. Pooja applied the Q-switch laser directly to my skin, primarily on my forehead and sparingly on my lower cheek and neck. The rhythm of the treatment seemed uneven, with sporadic coverage and abrupt transitions from one area to another. This left me somewhat perplexed and concerned about the consistency of the treatment. I distinctly remember from my previous carbon laser experience that a carbon mask was applied, and the laser was used on top of it. This treatment seemed quite different, with what felt like minimal use of the Q-switch machine. The final step involved a peel-off mask for only 10 minutes, and the treatment concluded. The total cost of the treatment was INR 5900. I believe in honesty, reliability, and trustworthiness when it comes to healthcare services. My previous experience with your clinic in Andheri was very positive, but this recent experience at Kemp's Corner has left me with doubts about the consistency of your services in different locations.
