I have previous experiences in using gym, but I should say that there is absolutely great difference in comfort and convinence in this women's fitness centre... It doesn't have many machines, but 100% guarantee that the floor exercises given by the trainer is perfectly fine for a consistent weightloss without side effects.. I first took 3months package, now happily upgraded to annual package.. I thoroughly recommend the place for ladies ..

It's a nice and peaceful place to reduce weight, trainer is very flexible and nice person to mingle with.she cares for everyone , suggests diet plan, work plan and analyse person to person with utmost care and suggests exercises depending upon medical conditions.very nice environment let's join this cute women's fitness and rock.
