I visited them today for facial and here are my observations.. Hope this will help others.. I was recommended the most expensive facial option which btw is not as expensive in other salons.. I agreed thinking the service might be great.. However, the facial time was less than 60 minutes of which massage time was about 5-7 minutes with slow and very gentle hands.!!!! This is shocking as over the years my facial massage was always 20 -25 mins... The whole science behind the facials is to get blood circulation in face via massage.. Applying and removing products is not facial. They might be good with hair related services, but I'm definitely not visiting them again for facial!!

The staff was very friendly and patient. Hrishikesh did my maroon balayage highlights and they turned out amazing, exactly how I wanted them to look like. Hrishikesh and Himanshu stayed very late to make sure my hair was done perfectly. Great experience over all, would highly recommend.
