Curzon Park - Park in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

I don't understand why they are not allowing anyone inside the park even in the opening times also. Need to complain to police. People maintaining it are considering it there own property.

We had entered the park on a fine morning around 10am and the guard asked us to clear out. No explanation of any sort was given to us. No idea why they maintain a park if they won't let anyone inside. Huge disappointment and humiliating experience

Located right next to the City Bus Stand and near Kote Anjaneya Temple. Earlier Dasara Flower show used to be held here for seveal years. Still the Jack fruit, Mango mela and some other functions by the Hopscoms department are being held here once in a year. The park is very well maintained, very clean, hygiene. I have seen many people sleeping and lying under the shades of trees here ( to take rest). Good place for walking also.

Tourist attraction, that gets active usually during Dasara season. Famous "Dasara flower show" is organized in this place. Property is controlled by the horticulture department, and is, often used to provide a market to the farmers during non Dasara season.

Cool Park with lots off old trees,best place to spend little time around
