Took Rs600 per plate of Chicken Biryani only later finding no piece of chicken and only 1 Egg and 1 Potato. Please save your money by purchasing your food from elsewhere if you do not wish to be cheated off your money. Tastes also very average and not value for money.
Biryani when reheated in oven looses its original texture, thats what happens here. For 400 rs normal chicken biryani, think Twice.
I had International to Domestic transfer around midnight, here at CCU airport; so I sat here for a cup of tea to kill the time between transfers. Wasn't allowed to have the cookies I purchased at duty free alongwith the tea that I ordered. And amidst all rude staff. Wasn't professional at all.

I requested to microwave a packed food bowl for my 1 yr old baby for 20 secs. And, I'm told that their company policy does not allow it and rejected.

Why are running a business when you can't help people travelling with toddlers?
If making money is your only goal then you should not be doing food business, eventually you'll fail. I wish you fail and go bankrupt.

Serves good food. Thalli is better if you are near meal timings at reasonable price as per airport charges. Good joint to have food
