I needed a set of ethenic clothes for my daughter urgently. We were new to Ludhiana found the store reviews good but one of the staff girls was very rude. They swiped the card and then told dupatta will be charged extra. After bargaining charged 500 for giving dupatta. I requested for ironing which they declined.

Ordered a Kid T-Shirt of size 1-2 years. After a weeks time my order wasn't processed. Dialed Curious Village to get a status update and I was told that they will get back. But they didn't. I called back the next day. A lady attended told that they don't have the size I ordered but a different size. With no option, I asked to process the order with the size available. 10 days past I called back as I didn't received my order. The person asked lethargically 'Didn't you received your order? you should receive your order in 3 days, else I will do a refund'. I sent my banking details. As expected didn't receive my order and called the status of refund. She told that your refund is in process. It will be done in 3 working days. Its more than a month I didn't got a refund. Very bad that they treat their customer in such a way. Wish they will be out of business soon.
