One of the most clean and hygienic kitchen. The place has a large enough bay for the delivery executives/ health crew members to wait and collect parcel. The place is nicely monitored with proper track of inflow and outward of personals.

I have the most pathetic experience from eat.fit in whitefield. I had ordered food from eat.fit whitefield kitchen. When it was delivered it was cold and stale too. I had ordered tofu wrap and chicken and millet bowl. I don't understand how they can provide STALE food where the name symbolizes EAT.FIT . I strongly recommend do not order from this restaurant.

I have ordered Chef's Veg thali from eat.fit. This restaurant as everyone heard makes healthy diet for you. For my order, i have received 3rotis along with paneer curry and rajma. Two of them are awesome, tasted like quit non-veg and eat only veg. Along with that, i have also received dry fruit sweet and veg salad, pickle. After eating it, i haven't felt like it's too heavy. Have ordered breakfast, lunch and dinner many times from this outlet and this has been one of my favourite. Had tried out Fruit pop oat meal, Cuban grilled chicken and rice, Chef's special chicken thali and paneer thali. All of the items are pretty good in taste and perfectly cooked. The proportion of ingredients are perfect. And the best is all are healthy foods. They serve what they say. Appreciate the quality of foods. Delivery service is good too. Packaging of the food is good too. I had ordered veg food from Eat.fit. Found a piece of chicken midway through my meal. I am a pure vegetarian and you can imagine my disgust. I looked online and found out that that many have complained about the same problem.Not just this they frequently serve expired food, food with insects, hairs, Stale food ,less quantity etc etc... They spend more on marketing and less on maintaining standards and hygiene.

They offer healthy food at quite an affordable price. One has the option of ordering food online via their website. They also offer monthly and yearly food packages at attractive discounts. Recommended for people who are on a fitness diet.

Pathetic food preparation at whitefield facility, i just stay behind the factory at Brigade Lakefront, eat.fit has created a menace, the facility stinks, please check the top view of their factory, no proper drainage, their workers pee around and full of dirt, horrible water , no stp, and just see for yourself where they are preparing food for their customers, this food factory should be shut down by government as its in hopeless state and giving unhygienic food to their clients with high charges, serious issues. Customers beware of eat.fit food/ cult food

Most pathetic experience from eat fit whitefield. I had ordered food from eat.fit whitefield kitchen using Zomato.. Food was very cold and when microwaved and tasted it.. it was stale.. looks like it was prepared some time long ago.. I feel they are cheating people with the name of eat fit.. and I strongly recommend DO NOT order from this restaurant.
