Sisters are may be untrained because they cannot inject properly. All staff use shoe not chappal which is being used in outdoor of this hospital. Beside this no patient or guardian can use shoe in winter.

Average experience , Tests are expensive, single cabin are AC and having LED TV, price Rs 1500 per day.

Behaviour of Staff Very Occurred. They Don't Know how to talk with people. very Disappointed..

To start with myself as a doctor, no complaint about consultant doctors.. All I'm giving reviews on nursing home alone. the worst ever experience- the nursing staffs, some of them don't even know to measure blood pressure.. If you ask them they tell you "BP is normal". Some are overconfident about iv/im shots but ask them what was the injections they mumble.. My patient returned home with 3 abscess on injection sites just because of their unprofessional. Sometimes they just forget the morning advices which may get accomplished in late evening. Security persons repeatedly harassed our visitors about shoes.. If shoes not allowed then should have provide sandals in washroom also. Apart from these the canteen staffs, security persons, ward master, manager, OT staffs were well behaved. Cabins, Floors are cleaned regularly and airy. Request to concerned authorities to look after these issues and you people be careful when you have to get admitted to this nursing home anyway.

Bad experiences except the Doctor. Management stuff quite manageable. Nursing stuff keeps record without checking patient. Sweepers average. The most remarkable obligation is using of shoes. All the stuff including gr-D and sweepers Use Shoe of single pair all the day. Might be they have a thought germ only spread by patient parties. A request to them to improve these especially the last one.

Staff are not good and unproffesonal but doctors are good and hospital location is good very near to Bankura medical collage which is grate. OT facilities are very new and lots of doctors are on board which helps the hospital to run. Hospital staff gives very very focus on lift. They thought lift will not work if it is work much. Lift is more precious to the hospital staffs then patient. Very bad experience with staffs. RO water is their but no serving to RO which is running for long times.

Very poor experience. Noone of thestaffs are cooperative. Specially the staff in the bill section called BHANU is very careless and never pick up phone even at the emergency. Some Doctors and sergions are not registered in the hospital and they are hired from outside. And the hospital takes charges for those doctors but never take responsibilities for the wrong done by those doctors. They simply say talk to doctors for any concern. Khub baje hospital.
