Worst hotel never visit this hotel! Room service ,no Water supply, drunk staff,rush behaviour of staff,no respect for guest, rooms are not cleaned !! Staff behaviour is worst he says am the owner full drunk! Next day i changed room no water no proper bathrooms all broken

The owner is rude, mean, and an incredibly obnoxious human being. We asked for all-outs cause this place is swarmed with mosquitoes, and the owner threw a fit cause I asked him at midnight (I had asked twice before too). The son of the owner is still ok. Now, about the actual rooms; they are all matchboxes. No jet sprays in the washrooms. We had balls of hair under the door, which was a delightful surprise. There is no exhaust in the washroom either ( smells swampy and salty at the same time). They lure you in with the promises of an ac and you stay thinking, 'oh, this is not a bad deal at all for the amount I'm paying.' Then, you go out and swim and party and get drunk and you come back to this room and your brain spontaneously implodes.

worst experience the service was 1/5 for the room room was stinky, washroom was not at all clean its like you dont have option than you have to use. but stay experience was pathetic. they charged 3K for non-AC room and did not even provide us toiletry, towel, and if ask them then they will be like we dont provide. And the owner did not know how to talk to customer, restaurant: food was reallly good at good price and the service was good. over all i would say no to go with this resort

One of the worst stay ever on Palolem Beach. I Suggest go for some other stay if you are planning to visit or stay in South Goa nearby Palolem beach. Pathetic service provided by staff. Staff is arrogant, owner is good but staff not. Lots of mosquitos and Ants in room. Bathrooms were uncleaned and unhygienic. Just frustrated with their hospitality and way of talking to customers. Other reviews of 4 & 5 provided here looks like paid.

TERRIBLE PLACE. Don't go here. The staff is rude and disconcerned about your stay. Extremely inhospitable. Such people should not be in hospitality. We wanted to book online when it was available, and they refused to give us a room if we booked online cause they would be making lesser money. The bathroom was full of mosquitoes and was stinking. The room was small and dusty. You can hear everyone living on that floor through the walls Because it's so small and cramped. I'd rather suggest, pay 1000 more and stay somewhere apart from this area.

First of all, Google should give an option for minus/negative rating. If this was there, I would have given minus 5. Most horrific experience, I have ever had in my life, staying at this worthless hotel. They entrap the customers saying that they have cheaper rooms available. But when you go, they enhance the charges with rude attitude, saying "baki jagah isse v jada rate hai". At that time, if you are tired, you have no option but to take the room. On call, they said they are charging 700 and not to worry about charges as it can be reduced. When I reached, they said they will charge 1000. And yes, please be careful. The owner might show you his earlier bookings where they have written false high amount just to show customers that they are charging this much. In my case, after a lot of argument, they charged me 700 but while writing, they mentioned 1000 and the owner told me that he would show this amount to othe customers. Talking about rooms. Rooms are really really dirty. Bathroom is horrific. Towels are dirty as well. If you can adjust, even after loosing your pocket, most welcome. Most importantly, during my stay, the bathroom pipe had a leakage problem and entire water got drained and my room was full of water. So much wastage of water. Just because I had paid, I had to adjust. Talking about the behaviour. "Grahak bhagwan hota hai" - perhaps they have never heard of this. The hotel staffs are very very rude. Getting such services even after loosing your pocket is very painful.

Only a car parking lot divides the hotel and the beach. First floor rooms are not sea facing but they have a sit out kind verandah from where the beach is visible. Rooms are decent for the price and proximity to the beach is a plus point. They have an attached restaurant, good is served at the sit out.

This place is very close to the beach and budget friendly. But over the years its gotten very very dirty. The bathrooms are nasty and the rooms are just clean enough to sleep the night. Needs help. Wouldn't suggest it if you're planning to make an impression or prefer clean space.
