1. Trainers are not qualified, lacks basic knowledge. Some are arrogant.
2. Benches lack quality, decline bench is not stable.
3. Leg extension machine is not upto mark.
4. Quality kettlebells, hex bar, hammer rod etc are missing from the gym, straight rods are not even straight.
Last but not the least, this gym lacks the gym vibe

I would highly recommend this gym to anyone! I live in the United States and am presently visiting my hometown Jammu. I was a little worried about finding the right gym in Jammu but culture fit in Channi alleviated all my fears. I can say with a hundred percent confidence that the gym, trainers, cleanliness, equipment etc is at par with US gyms! I am very pleased and so will you be. I will be sure to join anytime I'm in India/Jammu
