I know of a girl who used to workout here. She was forced to lift heavy weights by the trainer and she ended up injuring her lower back and is now undergoing surgery for the same. Horrible. The trainers never care for our capabilities. They always force us to over workout which ends up in members getting injured. The house keeping staff was friendly. But trainer Narendra is very rude. He is a knowledgeable trainer but is too rude and insulting. Specially if the trainers come to know that we are not from their center, they don't care for us at all. We feel completely cornered , neglected and left out in their sessions. Also they don't want us in their sessions if we are a little low on our stamina and if we are not able to exercise / workout according to their expectations. I felt unwanted and insulted in one HRX class of Trainer Narendra that I attended. And never went back again after such bad experience.

The best the gym in my locality!, Very well maintained by our manager Mr Mohith. Very clean and excellent trainers as well! I Look forward to come here everyday!

Hands down, best investment I've made at (Cult Sahakarnagar). VERY friendly & knowledgeable trainers - (Narendra) and friendly proactive manager ( Mohith), who make me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.

Pretty nice place to work out at. And if you have a membership in one place, you can use any of their gyms. But the workouts are just okay. Trainers don't really correct your form a lot. The trainers aren't that well trained too! Just the usual normal basic training they have. But yeah if you do your thing you will lose weight. And they have no normal gym equipment, you just have to work with a group always

The Sahakaranagar cult centre is amazing. The trainers, managers and staff are all very professional. The equipments at the centre is excellent. The trainers and managers guide and help you out anytime you go to them. All the cult formats i.e Hrx, S&C, Dance fitness, Boxing, Burn and Yoga is carried out here and the respective trainers are really good. Even if you are beginner or advanced the trainers help you progress and get better accordingly. The schedule of the classes are also very convenient allowing one to try out or attend all the different kinds of workouts. Also it's very easy to find parking around the centre as well, which is really helpful. I have been attending classes at Sahakaranagar centre for over an year now and all the trainers, managers and staff have been very supportive. I have also visited and worked out in many cult centers in Bangalore and Sahakaranagar cult is one of the best.

Very good place to workout, manager (mohith) is very humble, always ready to help, trainers ( Narendra, sanjay) experienced trainers with great knowledge, trainers understands the members and train them accordingly,
