Kindly note, I usually always carry my yoga mat to class. Due to personal reasons, I wasn't able to carry this one time. Even though I reached the class 15 mins before the class started, I was denied entry on the grounds that yoga mat is not available only. Kindly tell me how is that fair to any student? Your staff wasted 2 hours of mine yesterday just for a yoga mat. I was told that yoga mats are not available only. Later one other student asked for a mat and was provided with one immediately. This is biased behaviour. This shouldn't be the practice if a student fails to carry his/her yoga mat for one class. You can say that I should carry it next time else I won't be able to do the class, but denying entry in class due to this is really unacceptable. This was a very bad experience for me. Your inconsiderate response just makes it worse. You have zero value for someone's time! I really want a refund now. I am regretting associating with such a selfish facility. I have seen students being given one free pass if they forget to get their workout gear. This is simply not done. I would like this issue escalated to the higher authorities. What kind of a fitness centre are you running if you cannot provide basic facilities in case of an emergency or one-off case? Pathetic customer service. Very cheap mentality. You are just trying to sell your overpriced yoga mats. Horrible. Really. I expect a callback and my feedback to be recorded. Attaching an image to prove that yoga mats were in fact available. I was lied to unnecessarily. Kindly take necessary action against the facilities manager. He has no right to waste anyone's time.

Great place to achieve fitness goals. Good training & environment . Cleanliness & Higiene well maintained , schedule of training can be done as per your convenience. One should enroll once or try demo classes to achieve best fitness results.

Offers different formats of workout : dance fitness, S&C, HRX, yoga. You can pick one each day. The trainers are super helpful. Workout always starts on time. Maintaining time is very important here.

Really loved the dance fitness,s&c and boxing classes.Trainers are very professional.They don't pressure u to do exercises which u will find difficult to.do.They will suggest alternative easier versions of exercises if u find it difficult. Their online classes are also effective.One can try these out if they are not willing to attend classes at the centres. Place is hygienic and clean as well.Thank you cult. It's been a few months since I have been practicing boxing workout at this cult gym. Must say the environment, trainers are great, best part they have flexible timings.

This gym around park street is all in one place for gyming. I dont think I will ever go to some other gym after coming here. The vibe is excellent, and they have all the necessary gym equipment.

In addition to teaching hatha yoga, Cult Madhapur center is the best because the instructors work insanely hard to deliver the most effective yoga experience.
