Can't stress enough how the workout format and variations in the group classes have motivated my fitness journey. Moreover the trainers as well as the centre managers are always ready to guide.
I simply love it. I try to go here thrice a week. My favourite is Dance Fitness. The class energy is unreal. I also love their Hatha Yoga. I try to attend at least two sessions per week of either S&C or HRX. The centre is always clean and they are very punctual. They will not let you begin the class if you are late. So be sure to keep that in mind.
