This is not a proper gym where you can lift weights and stuff, their proper gym is in Gachibowli. A trainer will be there to supervise you and if you get late you will be turned away..just went there , not a very good experience

Great place for a workout. Trainers take care of you and correct your posture as needed during the class. The premises is also pretty clean.
