I visited RROLEPLAY cult salon recently and had a hair spa, hair cut, and facial done with amazing results.The staff were supremely professional and the services provided were top-notch. The salon is well maintained with a pleasing ambience. The staff were warm and attentive to my requirements and gave me a makeover that I just needed. When it comes to pricing it was on the affordable side with exciting offers. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a luxurious and pampering experience.

One of the worst salon experiences I've ever had. The first thing one will notice about the salon is that it is hardly visited by anyone. We had gone to get a normal women's haircut ( no shampoo, no Bob cut, no fancy cuts?) , just shortening of hair. The menu/rate card at the salon mentioned Rs. 399 for normal women's haircut. When we asked the hairdresser about the price, he agreed that it's Rs. 399. Soon the manager arrived. The lady led us to the cutting Hall and the hairdresser started his work. From the way he was snipping the hair, I knew he is not at all skilled. In between, we asked what the price for the normal haircut is. We were shocked when the manager said Rs. 1500! This is the lack of communication and professionalism they showed at the salon. The manager mentioned that the haircut we were getting was a bob cut, so the charge of Rs. 1500. Even after the hairdresser had repeatedly agreed with us on Rs. 399. Upon getting questioned about this unprofessional act, the manager offered us to pay Rs. 700. I suggest the salon should hire more professional managers and staff, and communicate with the customers professionally. There are a number of salons in Indranagar, Hyderabad where one can get a haircut within 300 Rupees. While I would suggest people to avoid this place, I personally would explore other salons except Role play Salon.

Feeling wonderful,these hairdressers made my hair look great. Plus, they always seem to remember their customers requirements. Price is affordable too! Happy to visit Roleplay cult salon....

It's was a great experience visiting this Roleplay cult salon, had a great hair cut. The hospitality was good and also there were greater discounts. Worth for your money. Very professional and dedicated staff. Good going keep it up.

Am gonna give 5 star rating. I did my keratin hair smoothing and the result is outstanding! The staff are polite ,caring and friendly. Though it is my first visit here the experience was unforgettable. I will visit again surely. Thank you guys.

I had a very bad experience. I went for hair cut. In the beginning itself, I told the person to do a ligh haircut only and do not cut the hairs too small. I kept on telling this during the haircut but he kept on assuring that he is doing light cut only. Eventually he made it too short. After that the person on reception asked me if I am interested in any other service. I told him that I had a bad experience with haircut. He just said Ok. Instead of asking me what went wrong or trying to improve on their side, he just casually said Ok. A very bad experience overall.

A ghost parlour where no footfall of customers. I went for a haircut in this salon and inquired regarding the price. Interestingly, the so called hair stylist aka student of self acclaimed Javed Habib was silent. Later a woman appears claiming to be the manager. I asked her the price again. She also remained quiet. Ignoring the silence, I prepared myself to get the haircut. I asked the hair master to cut an inch of my hair as my hair was already short. The hairstylist guru initiated his talent on my hair. I was surprised how unprofessional his skills were. Without any proper mechanism he started to cut my hair abruptly. I was quite apprehensive to set my hair on his skill as I could sense he was nothing but a novice. The woman manager appears once again and this time I asked her the price again. To my surprise she shocked me by informing that the price of my one inch hair cut is RS. 1500. I could understand now the sinister plot of this parlour organization as they did not inform me the price prior to my hair cut. The unprofessional attitude, poor hair cut, poor quality service seems they are running a scam to plunder innocent customers under their grooming scheme and inside a modern complex. Please don't go by looking the at the 5 star reviews at Google because they are paid reviews. Being a content writer, I know how this review and rating scam of business ventures work.

Fabulous haircut I !! I came in after seeking a talented hairdresser for over 8 months now and just couldn't find a stylist that could achieve my look . He knew exactly what I wanted, gave me some wonderful advice about how to blow dry ... Looking forward to see what he's doing for me on the next visit ...
