Cult maintains its standards. Dance is good ...so always filled. Other classes like yoga and exercises (called s&c , burn and hrx) also worth attending. Class timings are strict which is good. Over all ...become a member when u get good offers.

Frustrating Experience with Gym Staff My recent interactions with the staff at cult Budigere , it has been nothing short of disappointment. While I've been a member for a while and enjoyed the gym itself, the service and attitude of the staff have left me frustrated. Unprofessional Attitude of staff, On multiple occasions, I've encountered staff members who appeared disinterested and even rude when approached with questions or concerns. It's essential to feel welcomed and valued as a member, but that was far from my experience. Inconsistent Policies of the gym The gym seems to have inconsistent policies regarding equipment usage, guest access, and scheduling. It's frustrating to receive conflicting information from different staff members, creating confusion and inconvenience. Specifically with the person at reception and trainer Jai. I've been a loyal member of the gym for a significant period, but the consistent issues with the staff have made me consider canceling my membership. I believe that friendly, responsive, and consistent customer service should be a top priority for any gym. maintaining a respectful tone by the staff is more important and the attitude provided is stinkingly bad .

This is a well equipped GYM. Other than that, there are a no. of areas which the GYM needs to improve upon. 1. Trainers are not proactive and consistent in supporting GYM users. The users have to figure out themselves on what kind of workout they have to do. Even if there isn't too much crowd, getting attention of trainers is a big task. 2. Hygiene: I saw GYM users leaving the equipment / benches / seats with lot of sweat. The cleaning of the mats is not done properly. Cult should insist users bring their towels and use them to cover the benches while using them. 3. Parking: Parking area is limited and access to the parking is not done properly. This could affect the cars. Being a Cult customer for years, I am surprised at the poor quality of services being provided by a Cult run GYM.

The group classes are great, i love the entusiasm of the individuals training, I would like to mention Jai and his training skills for gym, he has great advice, corrects your form and is very experienced in terms of how to work on a workut plan. very satisfied.

It is a very well maintained gym and the instructors are also very helpful. They make sure to guide you whenever you ask for help. The machines and benches are cleaned every now and then. I love working out here.
