great and the whole program is value for money! Lost around 8 kgs so far sustainably and feeling better all around. Superb for people who have been stuck at a point in their health journey.

The session are quite good but 9pm classes are getting reduced day by day , as I see most of them get of the work and maximum crowd attending 9pm sessions, it's Crucial. Need to improve to maximize classes at 9pm.

Very peaceful place to workout , great trainers and really good management and helpful environment 10/10 would recommend to everyone to join and improve wether you wanna loose weight or gain more muscle or endurance great place <3

Been using this since 2021, lost about 11.8kgs in 3 months and maintaining since then. All thanks to lenin patrick, one of the best in the game. Definitely recommend their guided sessions.
