Friendly and Warm instructors who know their trade. A regular here since May 2021. Except in couple of sessions with new instructors, rest of the classes had high intensity. I switched from traditional Gyms to cult because of trainer led workouts. Earlier, when I had taken subscription for a gym, I was pretty irregular. I used to go maybe twice a month, because I had to decide and plan the workouts in advance. I am much more regular now, thanks to the cult workout format. Simply book a class of your choice and reach the centre. Rest your leave up to the trainers.
All the trainers are professional.. Committed..punctual.and it's very good gym.
Cleansing between sessions can be improved. Most of the time half of the AC's won't work. Trainers are good. This complex allows street dogs to take rest on their staircases and I love it. Dogs greet/cheer us well while entering and leaving the gym

The cult Botanical garden is best place for work out they have good trainer in the centre Maintain the cleanliness good. They have huge yoga center on 3rd floor and even the dance studio.
If you are 2 mins late you can't do warm up. If you discuss then you are thrown out. I requested that I will do warm up on the side on my own. Trainer Arif asked me to get out. Manager dhanush has no clariry of what to do.
Worst Fitness centre, always busy and never gets a slot, Cult only focussed on adding members and making money, doesn't focus not older members getting slots. Have been a member since 3 years. Centrehead is a trash can, who only takes complaint and there is no action taken in them.
The best gym under budget. You will find all type of equipments required to gain muscles, lose weight or if you are into cross fit training. The trainer Ali will always be there in order to guide and help with the use of gym equipments.
