Although the trainers are great, Ambience isn't good at all. Lockers don't have keys. Plus, all sessions are conducted only one floor. Place feels conjusted. There are centres like Akshay nagar, indiranagar, etc. which has separate floor for dance and yoga.

I like the trainers, centre manager, house keeping at the centre they are really good at there work. But the floor mat as not changed since 1 years. This many people are joining but not changing mat.

Slot bookings are getting very much problem, when I chek the slots all are filled and so many waiting list, mainly HRX , S&C, I paid 15500 but no use, really iam very upset . Normal jims are lot of better

There are no S&C or HRX or Burn sessions at 6 am or 7am slots - this has been the case for nearly 2 months now. I raised multiple times but in vain. As a working professional that's the best slot for me and I have no classes for a while now.

Long story short, the cult manager is a very rude man and behaved indecently. Please see the rant section to understand the whole story. The rant- I didn't have my phone today with me and asked the manager politely if he can mark my attendance which takes just 5 seconds and instead of helping me out he started making baseless allegations that i am lying to him and i have my phone with me and i always ask him to mark the attendance and it's not his job. He kept saying the saying the same thing and implying that i am a liar. I even asked him how many times does he think that i have asked him to mark my attendance to which he replied that he knows my face but he wasn't able to give a number. He even told me that just 4 days back i did the same thing and funnily i was out of station for last 8 days and had even paused my pack. I tried to calmly tell him the same thing but he rudely told me that he will not mark my attendance if i ask him the next time and it is not his job. The policy clearly says that if i forget to mark my attendance then i should reach the manager to avoid a no show penalty. i have been a member since 2019 and this is the first time i have faced such a rude man at the desk.

Most safest and hygienic gym. Trainers are highly skilled and friendly.

The trainers are very professional. And the classes are at a very budget-friendly price.
