Altius hospital is one of the best hospital in maternity care & they don't charge irrelevantly. Doctors and staff are excellent and make you feel at home. I would specially want to recommend Dr.Roopa NK. She is highly experienced and empathetic towards patients. She handled my pregnancy and delivery excellently. I faced some complications during my pregnancy however she made me to have normal delivery last year in Nov 2022. There is a well known saying that 'Doctors cannot be everywhere so he sends doctors' and indeed Dr. Roopa has lived up to this saying. And I personally feel in my case she is godly person. God bless her!
The hospital claims it runs 24/7 but the receptionist itself is not available on Sunday even if it is 10am morning. No response to calls as well. There is no proper communication between nurses during the shifts. One of the nurse in the morning is very arrogant. They had given us a ward room in the ground floor which has seepage issues and the smell was very bad. Even when asked for change in room they refused/neglected. The duty doctor is never on time. They informed us to wait for 10mins as the doctor is on her way and she came an hour later. Cannot really trust this hospital during emergencies as the doctors are never on time. Overall completely pathetic hospital. I strongly do not recommend anyone.

Worst management. Inhospitable reception staff. They are not bothered about the patient's waiting time. They simply give some random time and confirm consultation and make the patient wait for more than 2 hours. This issue is persistent. The doctors are good but reception staff is worst.
