Cubby Cove - Children's amusement center in New Delhi - South East, India

Wonderfully managed play area. It has something for all age groups, from toddlers to adults. Its spread over 3 floors, smaller kids can play in the first two floors while the older ones can enjoy in the gaming zone. One thing that needs a special mention is the level of hygiene maintained inside the premises, everything was just spick & span and exceeds expectations from all perspectives. The Staff is attentive & helpful, attends kids promptly with a smile. They are a bit strict on the rules part but I feel strictness is necessary too. Would definitely keep visiting.

Worst playhouse I have visited in my life. Small space for kids, lesser stuff to play. It's just for 2 years or below age kids. Kids above age of 2 have nothing to do here as playhouse has nothing like good slides, good trucks/vehicles, no rides. I visited during an ongoing party, had no place to sit and wait for parents. Tumble house, playhouse essex , duck duck goose are much better.

The entire facility was spotless, and the play areas were neatly arranged with a variety of engaging activities for kids of all ages. One of the highlights of our visit was the extensive range of attractions available. From exhilarating rides to interactive games, Cubby Cove had it all. My children were in awe as they explored the different zones, each offering a unique experience. The slides, trampolines, and ball pits kept them entertained for hours, while the creative arts and crafts corner allowed them to unleash their imagination. What truly sets Cubby Cove apart is their attention to detail and commitment to safety. The staff members were attentive and well-trained, ensuring that all the equipment was in proper working condition and that the children played within the designated areas. I felt reassured knowing that my kids were in good hands. Another aspect worth mentioning is the excellent cafe within the premises. After all the fun and excitement, we took a break and indulged in some delicious treats. The menu offered a variety of options, including healthy snacks and refreshing beverages. It was the perfect spot for parents to relax while keeping an eye on their little ones. I would also like to commend the management for their dedication to customer service. The staff members were friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist. They went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was memorable, and their genuine enthusiasm added an extra layer of warmth to the overall atmosphere. In conclusion, Cubby Cove Children Amusement Center exceeded all my expectations. It provided a safe, clean, and exciting environment for my children to have a blast. Best place to go with toddlers and children till 12 years of age. We celebrated our baby's first birthday here and the facilities available are superb. The staffs are friendly. Three floors of various facilities are available from the make and believe and blocks and various other activities like painting, tattoos on the first floor to ball pool, rides on the second floor and at the end arcade section for bigger kids on the third floor. They also have 2 restaurants one of small capacity of about 30 people to one above of almost 50 people capacity.

Very bad. Most toys soiled or broken. Whole set-up in just two rooms. Complete wastage of money and time. Most positive reviews seem to be fake.

Very nice place for kids. Parents feel relaxed as kids have been taken care of well by the staff. Nice food and lovely ambiance. Must visit. See you more often

Awesome place for kids n older children alike... Good staff n lots of activities Only one thing i found bit weird that they are charging / including the eating time in cafe Within the playtime. Eating time is generally nowhere chargeable. They can write down the time of entry n exit from the cafe on the playing zone card n should actually separate this time n not incude this time in the "playing-time"

Booked this place for my son's bday party and his group of friends, mostly 6-8 year olds. One thing that the owners probably dont understand is that this place is a fun zone for kids and the behavior of staff should be polite. Secondly, the female staff employed is very rude with the kids. This feedback i got from many of my son's friends. They were interupting and scolding them in between games. They are very strict with their timings, which is a good thing. But we as hosts were also adhering to the timings, even then the staff kept of on pricking us infront of our guests to vacate and leave, when half of the guests had already left and others were leaving! It is pertinent to mention that there was no party organised after ours. If you are ready to bear their tantrums and rudeness then go ahead or better to give it a miss.
