We stayed here in 2016 and had been satisfied.Unfunfortunately this year it has been very different: for the price of 6000 inr service has been very poor. Once we had to wait more than one hour for placing the order for breakfast because the waiter was simply ignoring us and serve the guests who were shouting loud. He was clearly overworked and not trained as a waiter, we had to wait 40 more minutes to get 2 toast slices. The employee at the reception did not seem to understand English. We had daily power outages which involved only our and 2 other huts. Hot water was not available, we showered with cold water for a week. The cleaning service was poor and on request only. Absolutely not worth the price!
Nice place to stay in palolem. Clean and spacious huts. We arrived midnight but our booking was for the next day 12.00 pm but they were graceful enough to give us accomodation same night. Food was not that great . Staff were awesome. They arranged a bike for us they also arranged airport drop. Overall superb experience
Best place to eat/stay on Palolam Beach. Very friendly staff, always ready to help out. The food is amazing. Rooms are clean and especially the coloured bungalows with a beach view are worth staying a few nights. Had a great time here!
Nice place. Friendly people. Good environment. Food ok. Not too good. Depends on items ordered. Helpful staff is a plus. Been there for many dinner n lunches. Specially for my son's birthday. Helped a lot in for a short notice celebration. I loved d place and didn't like to go any other place. I wanna recommend this place to others and request others to try it on our own. Its worth a try. Excellent location right on beach. They have rooms overlooking the sea.. friendly staff. Only disadvantage is with parking. From their parking space, need to walk around half a km on the beach. But, this is an excellent option to get real Goa beach experience
Awesome ambience at restaurant...here you can play the music of your choice and can dance... staff is friendly... The restaurant also has bean bags...which are comfortable as always... You can enjoy your breakfast with a view... (Free breakfast and free wifi) The rooms are clean and tidy... In the room itself you can hear the sound of waves... The Huts are bright and colourful which uplifts the mood ...and moreover they are sea facing... Just a small suggestion, provide the separate dustbin for every room.
Tres bon sejour en suite Premium, reservation sur place moins chere que sur internet, chambre type bungalow tres spacieuse et propre, grand lit moustiquaire et ventilo. Service de restauration un peu chers par rapport a la concurrence mais de bonne qualite. Personnel et Service Irreprochable. Au coeur des cocotier les pieds dans l'eau, l'endroit et tres joli et agreable . Je recommande.
