CTF udupi - Family restaurant in Udupi - Udupi, India

I visited here for their sundaes The seating area is located on 1st floor giving the roadside view, they serve veg and non veg food and amazing options of sundaes. Tried their gudbad it was full of fruit flavour ice cream and pieces of fresh fruits and jelly, choco crunch was very chocolaty and had lots of dry fruits. The service was quick and places was family friendly. It's not wheelchair accessible.

Not at all worth, We ordered Gobi Manchurian, mini gadbad and fruit salad. Gobi Manchurian was not at all to the mark. Gadbad and fruit salad were very simple, nothing special at all

The staff is full of some random hindi speaking guys who commented on my female friends. Went there all the way from manipal but not worth it not decent for family atmosphere is below average.. owner should keep some local people instead of indecent guys. Food qty is less and its a over hyped place don't follow false ratings. Not appropriate for female friends and family..

Unexpectedly good. Hit the taste buds right. Good vibes The lounge music was spot-on for the calm weekend with family. Good was great. Mini Gudbud was just the right quantity for us and was delicious as ever. Burgers taste good, chicken patty was fresh as well cooked. Though the bun and sauce could be upgraded. Classic Sandwich and Maha Pizza were tasty too.

Ordered hunter chicken and brownie sundae, both were delicious

We had food varieties of ice creams here. Very good

Food was good when we ordered first time (rice used for veg fried rice and hyderabadi biryani compared to Shanti sagar). Second time it was OK. Third time not good. (All in a span of one month). Veg fried rice and veg noodles had egg flavour(first time order), I suspect they use same tawa for both veg and non veg. Third time order both veg fried rice and noodles have rotten onion smell and some weird taste(bit nauseating), i suspect they use degraded onion or previous day cut onion. Second time hyderabadi biryani was not as good as first time order.Veg burger is below standards. It all depends on who cooks, how they process, what material goes in, whether veg and non veg has separate utensils etc. Please consider to maintain quality and consistency. Pricing/packing all OK. North Indian curries are OK.

I stay in mumbai and I am regular visitor to udupi. Whenever I am in udupi I make sure I visit this place once and treat my self. A good place to eat. Delicacies and taste are similar to mumbai. Best part is their rich ice-cream. Better than many overrated restaurants in the area. Only cons that I saw was serving is little late.
