One of the finest place in bangalore for learning the martial art of taekwondo. Also the people trying to lose weight or just staying fit won't be dissapointed. Master Teju is an ambitious, talented and passionate fitness instructor and taekwondo athlete.
I have joined this academy last month only and within 2 weeks start feeling the changes in my body and in core strength as well. Master Teju have good experience and knowledge how to train and what exercise require for your body.
My son loves to go to Teakwondo classes. Teju Master is not only an excellent master but also a great mentor. I would recommend each child to learn Teakwondo as it not only helps in fitness and teaches self defence but also develops discipline and confidence. And the same can be achieved here at CTA....under the guidance and mentorship of Master Teju. "Getting a great mentor is the shortcut to success" Teju Master's attention towards his students individually is immense. I am glad I found a great master for my son to help him overcome the pressure and the ability to face challenges. CTA ROCKS!!!!!
It feels like my 2nd home, I am so comfortable in this place! I train almost 7 days a week. I owe this place a lot and the trainer, cos I am back to the fitness world. I recommend this place to everyone out there thinking about fitness or Martial arts.
