One of the worst hospital I have ever seen. Dr. Sahab wants every patient to get operated of cataract. He has no experience of some eye-related disease like CSR( CENTRAL SEROUS RATINOPATHY). CSR is self remedy disease. It cures itself. But this renowned Dr. Mr. Sahay wants to treat this disease by injections.
Please don't visit here.
Despite such a high consultation fee, There is no value for the patient's time..
If someone wants to consult here, be ready to sit here for more than 3 hrs

But doctor is good... Otherwise everything is worse
It is very clearly mentioned in brochure that timing is 12-03 pm. And I have given call to reception and asked her can I come. She replied in yes. And when I visited she told doctor is not available. My father's age is 77 years and It is very difficult to move him. It was a very bad experience.
Not only this it is a general tendency of doctors. They want their clinic full of patients and they come late. Let's patient wait no matter. Why once doctors are charging fees as they want why not they come on time
The doctor was polite but the behavior of the management staff was not right.
When I was at Patna my full family was in consultation with Dr Sahay.Well behaved and fare opinion.I had some major problem he advised me one drop for three months I didn't satisfy.I went to Drishti Hospital, N.Delhi. Surprisingly diagnosis was same thereafter I relied upon him fully . EXCELLENT.

My entire family is patient of this centre for more than fifteen years. My father was succesfuly operated for cataract with phaco in his both eyes.My nephew had eye injury and Retinal Detachment who was refused by many centres but Dr Sahay dared to accept the challenge and operated and now his retina is settled and the eye is seeing well.

It is sad to know that one of the patients of this centre commented that an ill-fitting ,ugly looking glass / spectacle was given to him/her from "Our spectacle counter ".
Let it be known our centre doesn't have any "spectacle shop" in our premises despite having sufficient space. We never intended to have any spectacle shop at our Main Branch because we are fully aware of such "Oblique View" of most of the people .
It is not only that we don't possess ,but we also don't recommend any patient to any spectacle shop unless and until patient forces us to guide for availability of any near by optical shop.
We are certified by Quality Council of India and National Accreditation Board.
We are surgeons ,providing our services with our motto "quality with humanity ".
We intend to honestly earn through surgeries and other intervention.We never intend to earn money by selling spectacles.
Once again we state on record that CSN Netralaya located at kankarbagh, Patna, doesn't have any spectacle shop.
We deplore any such attempt of anyone to spoil or tarnish our "hard earned image and credibility"
