The only thing that makes this hotel a selective option is the location (in the compound of Golden Temple). Traffic jam is a huge problem. The streets are too narrow, if stucked then gone. Rooms are really stinking, you can't take it. View from premium room is good. Staff is really good.
Worst room and management. Linens were not replaced and no towels provided. Need to ask them over and over again. We were in the room, when the hotel staff opened the room door with his own master key. When we confronted, he gave excuses. This is a serious safety concern about this hotel. The only good thing will be only few steps away from the Gurdwara. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
Worst room, hotel and management only front look is good and near by Golden temple. Need to ask them over and over again for everything. Very small and few rooms available in the hotel. Bedsheets are not clean on the visit of my day. I ask them to change the bedsheets. Plz don't book without seeing the rooms. This hotel is not more than 2 Or 3 star.
Nice place to stay, clean rooms. Location is a bit tricky for rikshaw or auto. Walking distance to Golden temple.
Good hotel, friendly staff and clean room. Only issue was when we checked in the lift/elevator wasn't working and we had to ask ourselves for room key, towels and water bottle.
Very small room.cleaning poor, tv available but not working. Breakfast is also very bad. Just like guest house. Not to worth as per charges.
Stayed for one night and Booked basic rooms but since better upgraded rooms with view of Golden Temple were available, the staff gave us those. Took a bit of negotiation but they finally gave it for no extra charge. Staff was polite and service ready.
CSJS Inn hotel is too close to Golden temple and this is the only good about this hotel. The rooms are too small and you don't understand where to put your luggage although the rooms and common areas are near and clean. But this is not the worst part. The hotel doesn't have any restaurant of their own. They provide you with menu of a nearby restaurant and you let them know and in turn they get it from the restaurant for you. They arrange for a buffet breakfast in their own restaurant and choices are too less. There is only one staff for service who is serving the 15 rooms the hotel has. Unexpectedly this was my first time experiencing such a situation. Forgot to mention one thing. It's too tough to reach the hotel though. In case you succeed in reaching them be ready for the above mentioned experience.
