Staff are so rude. I called them to book an appointment to see a gynaecologist. I could hear the first staff took my call saying to other staff "Deal this call, she's asking about one doctor here, I don't know, respond to her"... Then another staff took the call and asked about OP number without even wanting know whether I'm a regular pregnant patient here or someone just need to consult a gynecologist. We all common people know that a gynecologist is not only for "pregnant" people. Anyway, I told them that "I don't know anything about an OP number, I can say my name, Isn't it ok?"... Then she asked "Are you for the first time" in a very very rude way. And I could hear them but they seems like not keeping patience and not trying to listen me. If they couldn't hear me properly bcz of my voice issue they could told me that. Instead of that the staff was acting very rudely and kept saying "say ur age... Say ur name... Why are you wasting our time... Why are you silent" and when I ask "hey can't you hear me?", the staff was like "You say ur age"... That means my voice was clear but she wasn't trying to listen. She might be kept the phone in a distance or going something else while on call... Anyway she was really rude and finally I cut the call and decided to not book appointment. There are so many hospitals with good staff with some manners and respect to people. If anyone reading this feel like I'm the one who caused problems, just read the other reviews. You will know how the staff in CSI Mission Hospital, Kazhakoottam behave to people. Such a worse experience. Pity on you CSI hospital management!

Never answers to phone calls. Had called up on several occasions to know the availability of a particular doctor and plan accordingly. Parking facility another big issue. Much of this could be easily avoided if phone calls are attended promptly thus saving our valuable time.

A BUDGET HOSPITAL FOR THE MIDDLE CLASS. VISITED IN 2022 JANUARY FOR A SURGERY OF PALM ON A MOTOR ACCIDENT OF RELATIVE. FRONT OFFICE MANAGEMENT NEED MORE ATTENTION AS STAFFS ARE LESS TRAINED TO GIVE APT GUIDELINES. DOCTORS AND NURSES FOUND TO BE KIND AND GOOD IN THEIR PROFESSION. ON NIGHT CASUALITY VISIT, PHYSICIAN AS WELL AS INTERNS ARE VERY ACTIVE .... CLEAN GENERAL WARDS AND CLEAN BATHROOM WAS A PLUS POINT NOTED.

It's ok, Doctors and things are good but as a hospital infrastructure needs to be improve. Conjusted parking area. Unhigenic surroundings.

UPI payment is acceptable only for casualty cases. Nowadays, as we do have the option of UPI payments everywhere, it's high time to start accepting all kind of payments, irrespective of OP/IP/casualty, especially in hospitals.

Easy access, 24/7 emergency, less expensive compared to other hospitals.. A hospital where people can't make a phone call!!! It's been a few years since they are not accepting the phone calls from the public!! Not clean enough... Try to get rid of mosquitoes when you are here, especially in emergency department. like most of the hospitals Junior doctors will be there in emergency department. I visited here multiple times and didn't get the opportunity to meet the senior doctor who's name is written below the prescription. Recently I went here due to fever and dr prescribed paracetamol injection and the nurse asked me to use the bed there in the fever clinic. The bed sheet appeared like using from the morning by a lot of patients, so I requested to change that bed sheet. She told, okay "I can change tgis if you want". The she took it off without a replacement. I had to use that bed without a sheet on it. The picture of that bed will give you more insight about their cleanliness.

This is the nearest hospital from my home so I took my grandma here few weeks back when she got sick. Doctors in the casualty said that she has some brain issues and left leg and left arm is not responding,eyes are not responding. We got scared and moved her to another hospital right away . She just had a viral fever and nothing else. we ran all the tests including MRI and she is perfectly fine now. Doctors in the casualty are not at all experienced and they couldn't identify a simple fever even though we ran all the tests .Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone .
