The food is great. As soon as you land to amritsar, I suggest you go to Crystal Cafe it's just near the road. Its a fine dine restaurant with great service. The reshaping kebab is sth you should not miss. Its good beside that plz go with your instinct on which food you want last time I visit3d this place ordered some sandwhich which was a chap guys plz don't do that. But beside that if you want to sit enjoy the chill ac and the food. This is a Great place, I wish this place had some good music.

This place is suggested by each one with I interacted in Amritsar. But trust me this place is not worth the hype I am not sure is it created by locals, restaurant owners or customers itself. I am a veg person so I ordered paneer as suggested their specialty paneer. Paneer was not at all fresh, it was chewy and not at all soft (when in Punjab can't expect the paneer was this kind of). Gravy was stinky like it's been prepared from few days.we left the more than half of paneer and takeaway and gave it to roadside people. Daal was ok, rice was full of oil or butter not sure as it didn't taste like buttery. My brother ordered mutton, he liked it. But my mother and I was veg and we got disappointed. I wish they could have equally good and fresh dishes for vegetarian people. Also prices are higher side when compare to quality it's not worth. Service was decent. But they really need to work on food specially veg and it should be served fresh.

Ambience is amazing, service is great, but place is ultra expensive. One of the best restaurants in Amritsar, the interiors, food and the overall ambience is very good. The staff are courteous. From the road the one on the right side is the original and the similar named on the left side seemed to be a bogus one. The taste and quality of the food was awesome.The price is on a higher side for almost all items.The service of the staff is truly exceptional.

Food was good, but very expensive. Service was really slow.

We have gone there after all the reviews and good comments but completely disappointed. Pathetic service and food for that price. We waited 20 25 min just to get the menu card. Waiter put all the dishes without even serving. Soup was served without noodles,We needed to ask for it and biryani without raita. Fish fry was the worst one i have ever eaten.Full of oil and no taste.

Family resturant Crystal Amritsar's Thread Paneer starter was a delightful experience with tender, flavorful paneer covered with crispy threads. The sweet vinegar and garlic sauces added a perfect balance of flavors. A must-try dish at one of Amritsar's oldest and most renowned restaurants. Things you can order in - Starters thread paneer , - main course - manchurian and Hakka noddles , garlic naan -Dessert : vanilla softy

They are openly robbing .. ask for a manager they sent waiter pretending to be a manager..lol they are rude managers got some ego issue .. portion is like check in the picture..please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS LOUNGE .. better try bubby fish and chicken in the corner worth of money
