The taste of the food was ok. Nothing unpalatable but not very impressive too. The service was good and the atmosphere is on the peaceful side.

Excellent biriyani. The chicken in the biriyani was cooked so well! Almost soft as a fish. Drumstick was spicy but we enjoyed it. Poor star rating was for the guy who got the bill and demanding a tip. He didn't even serve our table and was very rude in demanding tip.

Crystal has been known to serve some good food in the area for many years. However, on recent visit I found the quality has declined. Biryani was too bland with mutton pieces remaining raw and Chicken 65 had absolutely no taste. Veg items were a bit okay.

Worest and tasteless food , got hair in biryani, when we asked regarding the hair in biryani they are taking rudely and they will do the DNA test and find who's hair , very irresponsible management and deserve a big 0 rating

The food is incredible, the ambiance is pretty decent and the prices are reasonable. But my experience on the last visit was absolutely horrible as the service was terrible. The waiting staff lied that UPI (gpay/Paytm) payments were not accepted, despite using it just the day before. They probably did that to get cash in n hand instead of electronic payment. I had to walk all the way to the atm but eventually they accepted gpay which proves that they were lying.

Service is too slow here but trust me the one who goes here must try their Prawns Biryani, maaaannnnnnnn it's too yummy I say, Crystal never disappointed me with their Prawns Biryani, I tried so many starters and Biryani's here, but in so much love with their prawns Biryani why because for the price they charge and the locality they are, it's damn worth. I'm a very big lover of sea food and I know how other people clean and cook badly, here the prawns are too good. There are other places too which are very good, but in and around this location, this place is the only one I could get such taste and the tender quality.

Most hopeless eatery of the city....seems to be run and administered by goons....have seen the kitchen staff.....very very unprofessional...and added to that....the waiting staff, including the captain, steward and waiter....absolutely goon like.... They are just shouting/commenting on your face "YOU ORDER AND EAT IF YOU FEEL LIKE OR GET LOST..." The indispensible sweeping/brooming staff of theirs...who keep invading the restaurant floor every now and then and keep brooming while the customers are having their food.... Very very pathetic.....while the management and staff are least bothered about gaining disrepute...

Very nice place with beautiful Ambience. Must try fish tikka there without the coating one. Crispy corn was also very good to taste. And absolutely worth for money. Service was really Good. Wish to go their again.
