The washrooms are very small and inconvenient to use and the rooms do not have proper lighting. The receptionist doesn't know the WiFi password and the vibrations and the sound of the movie theatre downstairs can be felt in the rooms. Not at all recommended.
Very bad room experience, cheked in @ hotel room @ 11 pm, asked reception for effective AC cooling in room and result is no cooling whole night inspite of AC plant in hotel. Very very poor.

movie theater family lounge we got chairs non reclining with stiff straight seat backs and small leg space , cannot comment about others. dirty toilets and very scarce choice of snacks . restaurent does serve good food quality with friendly staff but with menu is limited.
1 star is for the reception/billing staff and the hospital. Water from Bathroom overflows into the room. Towels are not available untill 2PM. Walls are damp. Showers dont work properly. Staff at reception are not well behaved. Overall, a Bad experience.
Good hotel, nice staff, delicious food, good service and nice property. And the best thing is complimentary movie for inhouse guest. The crystal park cinema is too good, neat, clean , sound and picture quality, air conditioning and sitting arrangement are impressive. In the last i fully enjoyed my stay with hotel crystal park
Please maximize the brightness of your cinema screening it's very low and please increase the quality before 3 to 4 years screening quality is very good but now it's decreasing day by day
