Got known by my friend. Adjoined to hill, surrounded by fairly greenery, I feel the atmosphere while stepping in and out of the gym. Should say that the gym has far enough equipment's to build oneself. I am training under trainer Ashok, who really helps and brings in the overall development of the strength. Gives a mix of CrossFit and mass building with variety out of workouts, which keeps me going always . Recommended for all.

It's in the midst of nature with a sea view and huge floor space (indoor and outdoor).One enters into gym with peaceful mind and exits all pumped up for the rest of the day. All the Personal Trainers are good. Mr.Ashok (PT) is exceptionally good with everything he trains. Be it agility, CrossFit, gym workouts or even kick boxing, everyday workout sessions are excellent

Mostly nature lovers can enjoy this place and also there is more space to do workouts. Especially there are so many things to do and to learn like cross fit,boxing,gym workouts etc. As i am part of doing these my PT Ashok has good knowledge in these things and also thank ful to him for motivating us with his experience.

This gym experience is the best in town!! truly unique in every way this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. It starts off with the location and excellent breeze coming off the ocean. It quickly moves to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations.

CRX fit bay had sponsered me for my athelete training and they are amazing. The coaches here know what they are doing and they try to help you out with your fitness goals including diets and everything. I am being trained by Mr. Ashok who is also a former athelete and understands how to train sportive people. There are other coaches aswell who specialise is body building and stuff.Amazing place!

This is a good gym for anyone who wants to develop their muscles and strength. This gym is full equipped with all kinds of stuff for full body development. It is spacious and not too crowded. You can even practice boxing and roll huge JCB tires! The fees for only using the equipment is Rs2500 and for a personal coach is Rs5000. This is not too much and worth giving it a shot. Ultimately it will pay off with good health and a good body.
