Good service, there's hairdresser Javed who is good in everything I'm having my haircut and beard done by him from last 7 and he never disappointed me. The staff at crush saloon in very nice and generous to the customer's. You must visit it.

Very poor Environment inside Saloon area. Team working in hot condition. Ac not working from past 1 month many times told to manager and all staff but no one responded for the same.

Service provided by Farukh Ali was excellent.He deals politely with the customer. I will highly recommend him for hairstyling services.

Danger Alert*** These girls who do wax are actually monsters! They don't know how to talk to customers.. At first, employee named Pinky did waxing in such an inhuman way that some of the pores of my hand started bleeding.. I had to ask other female employee to complete my hand waxing and she was even more pathetic. They don't even accept their mistakes and instead show arrogance. Horrible experience! They denied giving me owner's number to complain.

I had signed up for 3-4 services and when confirmed about the time duration with their manager and their hair expert, they suggested I would be relieved latest by 5 pm. On my constant pushing and nagging, they tried completing what they promised but were delaying further. I left the salon at 7.30 pm with one service incomplete (which was also part of the deal). The manager insisted I will have to make complete payment if I wish to avail the one remaining service or else take what they were offering as a deduction from the final amount which was not at all worth taking the deduction. Below I have attached some pictures of my hair colour as done. The professionals never shared what colour shades/brand they were using for my hair nor the beautician who did my facial showed me the products she was using. It was like I was taking a facial service from a third grade salon. All beauticians were acting so busy and the ambience of the place was all rushy and hectic with no proper attention being given to the customers. The beauticians were short of tools asking each other to share their equipment whether or not the other beautician had completed his/her service with the other client. The place was not at all professional in terms of what was being promised to the client and time management for client was zero. Also there was no coordination among manager and staff on deal agreement/ service assurance. However, at the time of payment, the staff and manager all group up together so the client is pressurised to pay and regarding clients' complaints the manager acts as though he was unaware of what is going on whereas he should be on his toes to see what is being promised to customer and see to it to give complete satisfaction to his customers. I spent close to 5k at this salon and I expected better services at least for the amount spent but in the end I was treated as though I had come for an eyebrow and upperlip service. I am quite disappointed in what I received as a service from this salon and will think twice before I ever revisit. My advice to the owner would be that he/she take up such matters more seriously and have a better approach and be more professional in delivering services.

Such a disguisting service I went for eyebrows threading she cutted my eyebrow and such disguisting work she did she left all hairs ..really poor work please train ur workers

Visited for the haircut of my son. The person giving haircut (not taking the name) created an atmosphere of doing things fast as if, for him, hair cut is a simple thing to do. Above that he cut the hair giving wrong side parts which i could not notice there due to the hurry burry environment at that time. I observed it after coming back home. Would visit anywhere but this saloon, for sure.
